From her first go-kart race to New Zealand's BNT V8 Touring Car Championship, Chelsea always wanted to race and to win. Chelsea's focus, discipline and drive has seen her rise rapidly to the top, and in 2017 she became the first woman ever to win a New Zealand V8 Touring Car race – an accolade she immediately followed up by winning the entire round.
Chelsea has moved into New Zealand's premier ‘Tier One' class of V8 Touring Car racing, and with a new car she has what it takes to make a big mark in motorsport. She's constantly reminding us that you're only as good as your team, and to support each other to success. We're big fans of Chelsea, and are very proud to have her with us.
Avalon is a force to be reckoned with on two wheels. In 2019 she made history by becoming the first woman to win the New Zealand 600 Supersport motorcycling title. Her story is one of incredible tenacity in the face of adversity, combined with good old-fashioned hard work – all with a huge smile and a genuine passion for people.
After six years on the Italian and European circuits, Avalon realised her lifelong goal in 2017 - racing in the 300 World Supersport championship.
When she's not ‘hitting the apex', Avalon works hard to help raise the profile of the sport in New Zealand. She loves seeing other women and especially young girls empowered by her achievements, and encourages them to step outside their comfort zones.
Avalon teaches us that people come first, and that with passion and commitment you can achieve anything. We really admire what she stands for, and are honoured to have her in the team.
